Upon confirmation of fabric samples, we proceed with manufacturing bulk orders. Before delivery or container loading, we share images and videos showcasing the fabric quality and packaging process for your approval.
Exporter Responsibility
Grey Exim is committed to fulfilling your obligations as an exporter of bulk orders. We adhere to industry standards and legal requirements to ensure the smooth shipment of goods.
Shipment Liability
Once the cargo is loaded onto a ship, Grey Exim abandons responsibility for the shipment. In the event of accidents during transit, including incidents in the middle of the ocean, the customer/company/importer assumes full responsibility for the consignment.
Insurance Coverage
We strongly recommend that customers/companies/importers secure comprehensive insurance coverage for their shipments. This safeguards against potential accidents or damages during transit and ensures the insurance company covers costs.
Return and Refund Conditions
Due to the nature of our business as an exporter of bulk orders, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for goods shipped to other countries except for manufacturing defects or discrepancies between the delivered goods and the confirmed fabric samples.
